Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to manage time and complete tasks within working hours.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Able to perform physical cleaning and laundry tasks.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to cleaning.
• Willingness to work on Monday and Friday and adapt to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain holiday homes and communal areas to a high standard, keeping areas spotless and well-organised.
• Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying, and ironing of linen and towels.
• Use and store cleaning products safely, following health and safety guidelines.
• Monitor supplies and report shortages or issues to management.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest requests related to housekeeping.
