Job summary

Park Holidays UK is seeking a dedicated housekeeping assistant to maintain the cleanliness of our holiday homes and communal areas. You will support laundry duties and ensure guest spaces are welcoming, well-presented, and safe for use.

You will work on Mondays and Fridays in a friendly team, follow health and safety guidelines, and help deliver high standards in a busy holiday environment. Training and ongoing development are provided, with attractive staff benefits including holiday discounts

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Good time management and ability to work efficiently within shifts.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks related to cleaning and laundry.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures related to cleaning and laundry.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain holiday homes and communal areas to a high standard.
• Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying, and ironing of linen and towels.
• Use and store cleaning products and equipment safely according to guidelines.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and report shortages to management.
• Collaborate with housekeeping team to prioritise tasks and complete duties on time.
• Provide courteous guest service and respond to housekeeping-related requests.
