Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain holiday homes and communal areas to a high standard.
• Assist with laundry tasks including washing, drying, and ironing linen and towels.
• Use and store cleaning products and equipment safely, following health and safety guidelines.
• Keep track of cleaning and laundry supplies and report shortages or issues.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to prioritise tasks and complete duties on time.
• Provide guest-facing service, addressing housekeeping requests in a courteous manner.
• Willingness to work Monday and Friday as required.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and time management.
• Communicate effectively and work well in a team.
• Perform physical cleaning and laundry tasks and follow safety procedures.
