Qualifications

• Customer service NVQ2 completed.
• Previous cleaning experience and knowledge desirable.
• Familiar with safe use of cleaning products.
• Experience with cleaning equipment, e.g., carpet cleaners.
• Understand data protection and safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
• Knowledge of health and safety including COSHH.

Responsibilities

• Ensure locations are clean, pleasant and safe for customers in homes or communal areas.
• Ensure cleaning products are used safely and in line with health and safety procedures.
