Qualifications

• NVQ2 in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Previous cleaning experience and knowledge desirable.
• Safe use of cleaning products.
• Knowledge of cleaning procedures and equipment (e.g., carpet cleaners).
• Understanding of data protection, confidentiality and safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
• Health & safety knowledge including COSHH.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the location is clean, pleasant and safe for customers in their home or communal areas.
• Ensure cleaning products are used effectively, with instructions and health and safety procedures followed at all times.
