Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality is looking for a Housekeeping Attendant in Livingston, United Kingdom, to provide a welcoming and spotless environment for guests. You will clean bedrooms and bathrooms, restock amenities and ensure laundry is handled according to safety standards.

You will work under brand standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced hotel setting at Aimbridge facilities.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail: keen eye for detail to ensure rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Time management: able to manage time effectively to clean rooms within the allotted timeframe.
• Communication: communicate with other staff and guests, handle guest requests and inquiries.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience and living by brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Follow Health & Safety, Food Handling, Fire Procedures and COSHH regulations to protect guests and staff.

A day in the life of…

As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a key part in providing an exceptional welcome to our Guests ensuring they are looked after and attended to in a timely and professional manner. You will clean guest bedrooms and bathrooms and ensure linen is laundered and amenities are replenished. Complying fully with all regulations relating to Health & Safety, Food Handling, Fire Procedures and COSHH and ensuring that the hotel's reputation for excellent customer service is upheld. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that guests have a first class enjoyable and comfortable stay.

What do we need from you?

• Attention to detail: it’s essential that you have a keen eye for detail to ensure that guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
• Time management skills: in this busy role, must be able to manage their time effectively to ensure that all rooms are cleaned within the allotted timeframe.
• Communication skills: You should be able to communicate effectively with other hotel staff and guests, including receiving and responding to guest requests and inquiries.
