Auriens Chelsea is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant to join our luxury team. You will maintain immaculate spaces and deliver personalised service to residents and their guests. You bring energy, attention to detail, and a professional presentation.

You will work in a five‑star environment and support colleagues to uphold our high standards. Key responsibilities include cleaning designated areas, reporting maintenance issues promptly, and following health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Professional, detail-oriented approach to luxury environments.
• Confident communicator able to build relationships with residents and guests.
• Organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience as a valet attendant or supporting laundry operations is desirable.
• Previous housekeeping in a luxury hotel or private residence is preferred.
• Immaculate personal presentation and grooming standards.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all designated areas and apartments are immaculately clean and presented to the highest standard.
• Deliver a genuine, intuitive, and personalised service to residents and their guests.
• Report maintenance defects promptly using the correct procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping supplies, equipment, and storage areas to a high standard.
• Support and train new team members, helping to create a positive and inclusive team environment.
• Proactively suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and elevate the resident experience.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including the safe handling of chemicals and use of PPE.

Key Responsibilities

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a positive, professional, and detail-oriented individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional standards within a luxury environment.

You will be a confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with residents, guests, and colleagues while providing a warm and personalised service. With excellent attention to detail, you consistently maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

You are organised, reliable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with a proactive and flexible approach. A strong team player, you contribute positively to the team and support colleagues when needed.

• Experience as a valet attendant, or a willingness to support laundry operations
• Previous housekeeping experience within a luxury hotel, private residence, or similar high-end environment
• Immaculate personal presentation and grooming standards
