Forest of Arden Hotel & Country Club in Birmingham is recruiting a Housekeeping Attendant to uphold the highest cleanliness standards and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Reporting to the Head Housekeeper, you will clean guest rooms and public areas, respond to guest requests promptly, and ensure every space reflects our quality standards.

The Forest of Arden Hotel and Country Club is set in peaceful Warwickshire countryside and is well placed for access to Birmingham, Coventry, and other major centres. Birmingham Airport, the National Exhibition Centre and motorway links to the M6 and M42 are all within a few miles of the hotel.

We are currently recruiting for Housekeeping Attendant to join our Truly Talented team.

Reporting directly to the Head Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hotel. You will perform all required cleanliness tasks and ensure that our guests are receiving an excellent guest experience.

Your role

As a Housekeeping Attendant, your focus will be to create a positive and memorable arrival experience for guests through high standards of cleanliness and efficient service.
