Job Description:

If you're someone who takes pride in creating a clean and welcoming space, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you. We’re looking for a Housekeeping Assistant who enjoys working as part of a team and making a real difference in people’s daily lives.

You’ll help keep our service tidy, safe, and homely – whether that’s cleaning shared spaces, supporting people with their own rooms, or helping new colleagues settle into the role. No experience? No problem. We’ll give you all the training you need.

What you’ll be doing:

• Making sure all areas of the service are clean and comfortable
• Supporting service users to maintain their own spaces (when needed)
• Following health and safety guidance (including COSHH – full training provided)
• Working alongside a supportive team
• Contributing to regular team meetings and training

What you’ll need:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well with others and on your own
• Basic computer skills – nothing fancy!
• Respect for the Christian ethos we work within
• PVG Scheme membership (we’ll support you with this if needed)
