In your role as a Housekeeping Assistant at HC One, kindness will be at the core of everything you do. It touches upon every aspect of our Dementia, Nursing, Residential, and Specialist care homes. As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail will ensure the safety and comfort of residents and staff. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you'll do so with kindness and professionalism.

HC-One is looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although we provide comprehensive training. You should have excellent time management and organizational skills. A positive attitude, energy, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents and colleagues are essential. Being considerate and kind in all interactions is a must.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to seek advice and report concerns appropriately.
