Limewood Care Home is a purpose built service in Stafford, providing specialist dementia, nursing and respite care for 59 residents. The home offers a structured and supportive environment for individuals with complex health needs, combining clinical expertise with a strong focus on dignity, wellbeing and person centred care., As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a key role within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs by maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment while also supporting laundry services. You will be responsible for cleaning residents' rooms, bathrooms and communal areas, ensuring all spaces are maintained to a high standard of hygiene and presentation. Alongside this, you will support laundry duties including washing, drying, ironing and returning clothing correctly, ensuring all items are clearly labelled and handled with care. Working closely with the wider team, you will follow infection control, health and safety and housekeeping procedures, ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently. Your role will contribute to a well organised, hygienic and comfortable environment where individuals feel respected and supported.
