As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a key role within a specialist complex care setting, supporting individuals with a range of complex physical and mental health needs by maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment while also supporting laundry services. You will be responsible for cleaning residents' rooms, bathrooms and communal areas, ensuring all spaces are maintained to a high standard of hygiene and presentation. Alongside this, you will support laundry duties including washing, drying, ironing and returning clothing correctly, ensuring all items are clearly labelled and handled with care. Working closely with the wider team, you will follow infection control, health and safety and housekeeping procedures, ensuring all tasks are carried out safely and efficiently.
