A Day in the Life…

As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing an exceptional welcome to our guests, ensuring they are well looked after in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities include cleaning guest bedrooms and bathrooms, laundering linen, replenishing amenities, and cleaning public areas of the hotel. You will also comply fully with all health and safety regulations, including food handling, fire procedures, and COSHH standards.

Based at the Holiday Inn Southend, you will be part of a passionate team in a welcoming environment. The hotel is located next to London Southend Airport and features 129 modern bedrooms, conference and event facilities, and the '1935' rooftop restaurant and bar.

To succeed in this role, you should be passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience and committed to maintaining our brand standards. You should enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be capable of meeting high standards within designated timeframes. Availability to work on weekends when required is essential.
