Shift Details

There are two positions available: one with 30 hours per week and another with 37.5 hours per week.

About the Role

As a Housekeeping Assistant, your focus will be working as part of a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and laundry within the home. You will operate according to our standard procedures for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring hotel service standards are upheld.

Other responsibilities include:

• Carrying out all cleaning duties according to worksheet instructions.
• Understanding the cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings, and the properties of cleaning materials, ensuring all areas are well presented and maintained.
• Respecting residents' dignity, personal space, and belongings at all times.

• Knowledge of Health and Safety, including Moving and Handling, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.
• Experience in cleaning laundry in a public setting.

• Flexibility and adaptability to cover various responsibilities at short notice.
