About The Role

Your main focus will be working as part of a team to ensure all standards of cleanliness and laundry are maintained in the home, following our standard procedures for housekeeping and laundry.

Other Responsibilities Will Include

• Carrying out all cleaning duties according to worksheet instructions.
• Understanding the cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings, and the properties of cleaning materials to ensure areas are well presented and maintained.
• Respecting the dignity and personal space of all residents and safeguarding their belongings.

Our Ideal Candidate Must Have

• Knowledge of Health and Safety, including Moving and Handling, Fire Safety, and COSHH assessments.
• Experience in cleaning laundry in a public setting.
• A demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality housekeeping and laundry services to residents.
• The ability to be flexible and adaptable to cover various responsibilities at short notice.
