Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the home.

• Show kindness and consideration in all interactions with residents and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Positive energy, good communication skills, and the ability to listen and give instructions with kindness.

Safeguarding:

All colleagues must recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. Safeguarding training will be provided, and colleagues are expected to undertake additional training as needed.
