As a Housekeeping Assistant, your role will involve maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail will be reflected in the environment you help create. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you'll do so with kindness and professionalism.

HC-One is looking for a Housekeeping Assistant with some experience, although full training will be provided. You'll need excellent time management and organizational skills, along with a positive attitude and the ability to get along well with others. Good communication skills, including listening and giving clear instructions, are essential. You'll communicate with residents and colleagues with consideration and kindness.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should feel confident in seeking advice and reporting concerns, including escalation if necessary.
