Job summary

Belong in Manchester is recruiting a Housekeeping Assistant to help maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort across village facilities and households.

The role supports the Head Housekeeper/Front of House Manager, with duties including cleaning, laundry, and responding to residents' domestic needs, while upholding Belong's core values.

Applicants must be able to work 17.5 hours per week; Enhanced DBS check will be required.

Rate of pay for this role is £13.45 per hour.

This vacancy is for 17.5 hours a week

As Housekeeping Assistant you will assist the Head Housekeeper/Front of House Manager to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness, hygiene and comfort for customers within all village facilities and households.

You will be expected to:

• Deliver domestic services in a manner that upholds the core values of Belong and in accordance with organisational requirements to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of customers, team members and other visiting members of the community that Belong serves
• Respond to the needs of individual customers for domestic support to enable them to maintain their household accommodation
• Assist the team by responding to requests for assistance with any aspect of housekeeping including cleaning and laundry tasks
