About the Role

Your role as a Housekeeping Assistant will involve working as part of a team to ensure all standards of cleanliness and laundry are maintained within the home. You will operate according to our standard operating procedures for housekeeping and laundry, ensuring that hotel service standards are upheld.

Responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out all cleaning duties in accordance with worksheet instructions.
• Understanding the cleaning requirements of different surfaces and coverings, and the properties of cleaning materials, to ensure all areas are well presented and maintained in good condition.
• Ensuring all residents are treated with dignity and respect, with their personal space and belongings always respected.
