About You
HC-One is looking for a Housekeeper with experience, although we’ll provide great training. You’ll also need excellent time management and organizational skills. Beyond that, it’s all about your positive energy and natural ability to get along with people. You’ll be a great communicator, skilled at listening and giving instructions. When communicating with residents or co-workers, you’ll be considerate and kind.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. It’s important that you can recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect in its various forms and know what to do if concerns arise. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training appropriate to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek appropriate advice and report concerns, including escalation if necessary.
