Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

Note: We have two roles available, one for 20 hours/week and another for 30 hours/week.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the home to a high standard.
• Manage cleaning schedules and perform cleaning duties with attention to detail.
• Contribute to a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude, energy, and ability to get along well with residents and colleagues.
• Good communication skills, including listening and giving instructions.
• Ability to recognise signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know the appropriate actions to take.
