As a Housekeeping Assistant, your responsibilities will include maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. Whether managing the cleaning rota or actively participating in cleaning tasks, you will do so with kindness and attention to detail.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Housekeeping Assistant with experience, although training will be provided. You should have excellent time management and organizational skills, along with positive energy and a natural ability to get along with people. Strong communication skills, including listening and giving instructions, are essential. You will interact with residents and colleagues with consideration and kindness.

Safeguarding

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and to undertake additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
