ABOUT THE ROLE

Your main responsibility as a Housekeeping Assistant will be to work as part of a team to maintain high standards of cleanliness and laundry within the home. You will follow our standard operating procedures to ensure quality service.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Carrying out cleaning duties according to worksheet instructions.
• Understanding the cleaning requirements of different surfaces and the properties of cleaning materials to ensure areas are well presented and maintained.
• Treating all residents with dignity and respect, ensuring their personal space and belongings are respected at all times.
