Salary: £31,560 per annum OTE
Weekly pay planned from October 2025

HOURS: 40 hours including weekends

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join us at The Bell, part of the Daylesford Stays collection. If you’re passionate about creating beautiful spaces and delivering exceptional guest experiences, we’d love to hear from you.

Each of our rooms is unique, inspired by the surrounding ancient woodland and thoughtfully designed to reflect the heritage of the pub. Blending rustic charm with modern luxury, our rooms offer all the comforts expected from a Daylesford Stays property. Located above the pub and The Barn, our accommodation includes dog-friendly options, making it a welcoming retreat for all.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and presentation across our 12 individually designed rooms, ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay.

The on target earning potential for this role is £31,560 per annum based on a 40-hour contract - comprising a base salary of £27,560, plus a qualified estimate of £4,000 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms are cleaned and cared for according to Daylesford standards
• Ensure public areas are maintained
• Dealing with all guest inquiries appropriately
• Maintaining standards within communal areas
• Supporting the wider management team with ad hoc duties
