Job summary

Clarendon Care Services Ltd is hiring a reliable and caring Housekeeper to join our team at St Johns Nursing Home in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. You will help keep residents' rooms and shared areas clean, comfortable and welcoming, following schedules and infection prevention procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is welcome, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are important.
• Training and support will be provided to carry out duties confidently.

Responsibilities

• Clean residents' bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas to a high standard.
• Follow cleaning schedules and infection prevention procedures.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
• Replenish supplies and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Respect residents' privacy, dignity and individual preferences at all times.
• Work closely with colleagues to help the home run smoothly.

Your role

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Location: St Johns Street, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B61 8QT

Working alongside the care and housekeeping teams, you will help keep residents' rooms and shared areas clean, comfortable and welcoming. You will:

• Clean residents' bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas to a high standard.
• Follow cleaning schedules and infection prevention procedures.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
