Job summary

Your Housing Group is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to join Lock 20 in Wigan. You will maintain cleanliness of communal areas and support spaces, contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

The role focuses on efficient cleaning in a brand-new facility, with duties extending to occasional flat turnover before new residents move in. 20 hours weekly, Monday to Friday 2pm-6pm, with benefits and a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and reliable cleaning service for communal areas.
• Clean offices, lounges, training rooms, kitchen and laundry areas.

• Support with turnover of meeting rooms used by external partners.
• Ensure high standards in customer flats prior to move-in when required.
