The successful candidates will help ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable and ready for guests, while working as part of a busy housekeeping team. Flexible working hours are available to suit business needs.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Reliable, punctual, hardworking and physically fit.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Good communication and professional attitude.
• Flexible availability, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in busy hotel or resort environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest bedrooms, bathrooms and designated hotel areas to the required standard.
• Change bed linen, towels and other room amenities as required.
• Replenish toiletries and guest supplies.
• Vacuum, mop, dust and clean surfaces and fixtures thoroughly.
• Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness of designated public areas.
• Follow hotel cleaning procedures, health and safety requirements and hygiene standards.
• Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
• Handle guest belongings and hotel property with care and professionalism.
• Work efficiently with the housekeeping team to meet daily room targets.
