Job summary

Thwaites is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to join the housekeeping team. You will help ensure guest rooms are immaculate and contribute to a welcoming hotel environment.

You will work with a busy team, communicating effectively with guests and colleagues, and staying calm under pressure to handle any surprises with a smile.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and high standards in guest rooms.
• Great communication skills and ability to interact with guests and team in a warm, courteous manner.
• Calmness under pressure and ability to handle unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Providing the highest level of hospitality.
• Responding to guest comments and issues in a professional manner and rectifying any problems as soon as possible.
• Cleaning of bedrooms to required standards within a set time frame.
• Ensuring hotel procedures are followed at all times.

Job description

We’re looking for a detail orientated and passionate Housekeeper to join our Housekeeping team.

As a Housekeeper, you will work as part of a busy and vibrant team who ensure that all of our guests experience wonderful stays in immaculate rooms.
