Job summary

Lochgreen House Hotel is seeking a dedicated full-time Housekeeper in Scotland to join our team. You will maintain high cleanliness standards in guest rooms and public areas, with shifts typically 6:00am–3:00pm, including weekends, supporting a welcoming guest environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning is preferred.
• Hard-working, reliable, and punctual with excellent time-management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• A keen eye for detail and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning all public areas within the hotel to a high standard.
• Cleaning guest bedrooms in line with daily occupancy and special requests.
• Ensuring rooms meet company standards and completing relevant documentation for room checks.
• Reporting any faults within rooms and public areas to the Duty Manager.
• Addressing concerns regarding guest misuse or damage of rooms professionally.
• Ensuring the comfort, safety, and overall satisfaction of guests within the hotel.
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in all working and public areas, free from hazards.
