Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Cleaner to join our site-based team in Tidworth. The role focuses on maintaining offices, classrooms, washrooms and accommodation blocks to a high standard.

You will work 25 hours per week, with flexible shifts within 08:30–13:30 or 09:00–14:00. The role includes on-the-job training, fully funded apprenticeship qualifications and clear career development paths.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain designated areas to a high standard.
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks within required timeframes.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.
• Use cleaning products, chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
• Follow COSHH and Health & Safety procedures.
• Report damaged or faulty equipment to the Manager.
• Inform your Supervisor when cleaning materials need replenishing.
• Work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues when required.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
• Deliver excellent standards of service and attention to detail.
• Carry out other reasonable duties as required.
