Job summary

Sodexo are seeking a Cleaner to join the team at Larkhill Garrison, Larkhill, SP4 8QT. You will carry out cleaning tasks across offices and accommodation, ensuring high standards are maintained and spaces remain welcoming for users.

Ideal candidates will have good communication and customer service skills, a flexible approach and a pride in keeping areas clean and well presented. Full training provided and a reliable team player is essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of scheduled cleaning tasks across offices, accommodation and associated areas, ensuring every space is maintained to a high standard.
• Keep areas clean, safe and welcoming, completing daily, weekly and periodic cleaning tasks as required.
• Make and change beds when required, assist with laundry duties and help ensure accommodation areas are well presented.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish essentials such as soap, paper towels and toilet rolls, store cleaning materials and equipment correctly.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisor, communicate issues or additional requirements promptly.
• Follow Health & Safety and COSHH procedures at all times, handling equipment and chemicals safely and reporting hazards promptly.

At Sodexo, we’re looking for a Cleaner to join our friendly team at Larkhill Garrison, Larkhill, SP4 8QT.

You’ll play an important part in keeping our offices, accommodation and surrounding areas clean, comfortable and welcoming for everyone who uses them. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team and is looking for reliable Monday to Friday hours.

No two days are exactly the same, and you’ll be helping us maintain the high standards our customers expect.

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out a range of scheduled cleaning tasks across offices, accommodation and associated areas, ensuring every space is maintained to a high standard.
• Take pride in keeping all areas clean, safe and welcoming, completing daily, weekly and periodic cleaning tasks as required.
• Make and change beds when required, assist with laundry duties and help ensure accommodation areas are well presented.
• Keep an eye on stock levels and replenish essentials such as soap, paper towels and toilet rolls, making sure cleaning materials and equipment are stored correctly.
• Work closely with your colleagues and supervisor, communicating any issues, defects or additional requirements that need attention.
• Follow Health & Safety and COSHH procedures at all times, using cleaning equipment, materials and chemicals safely and reporting any potential hazards or concerns promptly.

What You Bring:

• Previous cleaning experience would be an advantage, but it’s not essential as full training and induction will be provided.
• Good communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with colleagues and personnel.
• A flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing tasks while maintaining high standards.
• A good eye for detail and pride in keeping areas clean, tidy and well presented.
• A reliable team player who can follow guidance, work independently when needed and support colleagues to get the job done.
