RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper for the Mercure Paignton and ibis Styles Paignton. You will maintain spotless guest rooms and public areas, refresh linens and amenities, and ensure every space meets our high cleanliness standards to create memorable stays.

Flexible weekend hours and a collaborative approach with front desk and maintenance teams are essential. Training will be provided and benefits include staff hotel discounts and room for career progression.

• Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming.

• Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space guests love to return to.
• Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with an eye for detail, making sure every room is guest-ready.
• Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels, keeping everything looking fresh and inviting.
• Replenish in-room amenities, from toiletries to tea and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need.
• Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape.
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.
• Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience.
  A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts which will include weekends
