Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management Ltd is seeking a Housekeeper for the Mercure Paignton and ibis Styles Paignton, to maintain high cleanliness and guest satisfaction across our seaside hotels. You will work on a zero-hour contract, with flexible shifts including weekends, delivering spotless rooms and welcoming spaces.

• A team player who’s flexible and willing to help wherever needed to keep things running smoothly.
• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts which will include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Keep guest rooms and public areas spotless and welcoming, creating a comfortable space guests love to return to.
• Clean, dust, vacuum, and polish with an eye for detail, making sure every room is guest-ready.
• Change linens, make beds, and refresh towels, keeping everything looking fresh and inviting.
• Replenish in-room amenities, from toiletries to tea and coffee, ensuring guests have everything they need.
• Report any maintenance issues or missing items promptly to keep rooms in top shape.
• Follow health, safety, and cleanliness standards, helping maintain a safe environment for guests and team members.
• Support with special requests, like setting up extra beds or delivering extra amenities, going the extra mile to make each stay memorable.
• Work closely with other departments, especially the front desk and maintenance, to deliver a seamless guest experience.
