Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to high standards.
• Change bed linens and tidy rooms.
• Dust, polish, and vacuum rooms and corridors.
• Clean bathrooms, replenish amenities, and ensure fixtures work properly.
• Handle guest requests for items or services.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisor.
• Follow company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
