Job summary

Young's Pubs is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our Swansea team. The role focuses on maintaining clean guest areas, linen management, and ensuring all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard.

You will receive training and have access to career pathways and development courses. This part-time position offers a mix of weekdays and weekends, with a supportive team environment and opportunities for further training within our group.

Qualifications

• Must maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest areas and equipment.
• Manage linen and guest supplies; ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks to high standards.

As the successful Housekeeper, you will have a passion to deliver exceptional customer service every time, with a friendly outgoing personality and desire to work as part of a team. You will have very high standards and an impeccable eye for detail. Our Housekeepers play an important role in the maintenance of our equipment, management of our linen and guest supplies and ensuring all daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks and projects are delivered on time and to highest standard.
