Job summary

Caring Homes Group Ltd is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain clean, comfortable living environments across our homes in the UK. You will help create a warm, hygienic setting for residents and colleagues, following established cleaning protocols and health and safety standards.

You will follow cleaning schedules, work with a friendly team, and ensure health and safety standards are met, supporting residents and staff daily while promoting a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in healthcare or residential setting.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all areas of the home are clean, tidy, and well‑maintained to create a comfortable environment for residents and staff.
• Follow cleaning schedules and protocols to meet health and safety standards.
• Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure the home meets all regulatory requirements.
• Build positive relationships with residents and staff, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
