Kiddie Capers Childcare in Hailsham is seeking a reliable Housekeeper to keep our nursery clean, welcoming, and safe for children and staff. You will work closely with the Nursery Manager to maintain high cleanliness and organisation throughout the setting.

This role offers 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with pay between £8.00 and £12.71 per hour depending on age. Benefits include holiday entitlement and development opportunities within a rapidly growing company.

Aufgaben

• Preparing snacks and tea for the children ensuring food hygiene standards are upheld
• Serving children’s lunches from Zebedees (our external hot meal provider)
• Clearing/ tidying up after snacks and lunches
• Keeping food preparation areas clean and tidy throughout the day
• Daily Laundry – washing, drying, folding and sorting of the laundry
• General tidying/ cleaning throughout the day to help keep the setting a nice environment for children and staff
• Ad hoc housekeeping/ operational tasks as directed by the Nursery Manager

We are looking for a reliable, organised and hardworking Housekeeper to join our Hailsham nursery team. This important role helps ensure our setting remains clean, safe, and welcoming for children, families, and staff. Working closely with the Nursery Manager and nursery team, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the nursery by maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation throughout the setting.

Salary & Hours:

• £8.00 to £12.71 per hour (depending on age)
• 40 hours (Monday-Friday)

Responsibilities
