Job summary

The Westbury Care Home in Wiltshire is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, homely environment for residents across bedrooms, lounges and dining areas. You will join a friendly nursing home team, with a comprehensive induction, ongoing training and development, and opportunities to contribute to residents' wellbeing while working either full-time or part-time with alternate weekends.

• Experience working as a Housekeeper or Cleaner.

Housekeeper

Hours: Full Time/Part Time hours, (Alternate Weekends)

Location: The Westbury Care Home, Wiltshire, Warminster Road, Westbury, Wiltshire, BA13 3PR

We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our friendly Nursing Home team.

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and homely environment for our residents. Working in all areas of the home from bedrooms and bathrooms to lounges and dining rooms, the tasks you carry out will ensure everyone can enjoy a clean, tidy and welcoming environment. This means you’ll have a direct impact on our residents, their visitors and all the staff working to support them.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience working as a Housekeeper or Cleaner
• Caring, and compassionate nature
• The desire to make a positive contribution to the lives of others
• Good written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work as part of a team
