Job summary

NHS Professionals are recruiting for a Housekeeper at Evesham Community Hospital. The role covers general cleaning across areas of the General Practice Surgery, following trust protocols to clean bathrooms, kitchens and bedrooms, and ensuring a clean, safe environment for patients and staff.

You will work Monday to Friday with morning or afternoon shifts. Training is provided, COSHH knowledge is preferred, and you will be supported by a friendly, multi-site NHS team with competitive pay and

• Knowledge of COSHH and safe handling of chemicals.

Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday 9am-12pm or 8am-1pm and 6pm-8:30pm

Pay: Band 2 - £12.71 per hour

THIS IS A TEMPORARY ROLE

What you'll be responsible for:

• General cleaning duties within various areas of the General Practice Surgery.
• Following the trust protocol to clean bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms.
• Any general cleaning that is needed.
• Working in mental health unit.

You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

• An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS.
• A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation.

You'll have the following skills/experience:

• Experience in a similar role (though full training given).
• Knowledge of COSHH and proper use of chemicals.
