Job summary

St Austell Brewery is hiring a Housekeeper to join our friendly pub team. You’ll welcome guests warmly, help them feel at home during their stay, and ensure rooms are clean and inviting. We’ll support you to learn the job if you’re new to this role.

You’ll keep guest rooms and shared spaces tidy, follow brand standards, and contribute to a smooth front-of-house experience. We offer flexible working, staff discounts, training, and meals on shifts over six hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or hospitality is welcome but not required.
• Able to provide a warm welcome to guests and maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Willingness to learn and progress within the role.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms and public areas to the brand standard.
• Provide a warm welcome to guests and assist with their needs during the stay.
