You’ll be a hands-on, can-do Head Housekeeper, leading the housekeeping team to deliver a warm, welcoming home away from home for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams in a hotel or similar setting.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Head up the housekeeping team to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high standards.
• Manage rosters, training, and performance of housekeeping staff.
• Collaborate with hotel operations to deliver a welcoming guest experience.

You’ll be working at a landmark hotel that attracts visitors and locals alike to its scenic bar and sun-drenched terraces. St Ives itself is a stunning location that boasts a collection of glorious beaches, with quaint streets and alleys dotted with art galleries, cafes, and shops.

We’re looking for a Head Housekeeper to join our hard working but close-knit team. You’ll head up the housekeeping team, ensuring a fantastic home away from home experience for all our guests. You will be a hands-on, can do, leader, combining your natural ability to communicate with your outstanding organisational skills.
