Job summary

JW Lees is seeking Housekeepers to join our friendly team at Hawkshaw, England. You will clean designated rooms to the highest standard and ensure guest satisfaction in line with our values.

You’ll work as part of a team, with training provided if needed, and have access to a range of benefits including discounts and wellbeing support. Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for ensuring your designated rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and in a timely manner
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is delivered at all times in line with our core values and standards
• Work as part of a team and be happy to assist in other areas as necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Relevant experience may be helpful, but if not then training will be given
