Job summary

JW Lees is seeking Housekeepers to join our fabulous team. You will be responsible for ensuring your designated rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and in a timely manner.

We offer competitive pay with tips (tronc) and a profit share, plus 30% discount on food and drink, 50% off food on shift, discounted hotel stays, wellbeing support, and strong development opportunities within our pubs, inns and hotels.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience may be helpful, but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Ensure designated rooms are cleaned to the highest standard and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in line with JW Lees values.
• Work as part of a team and assist in other areas as necessary.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• If not experienced, full training will be given.
