Job summary

Acorn Group's Household Claims team is seeking a Household Supply Chain Network Manager. Based hybrid with occasional travel to Liverpool and supplier offices across the UK, you will maintain supplier relationships and deliver performance across the household claims network.

Reporting to the Household Claims leadership team, you will ensure safe, high-quality, timely, and cost-effective claims solutions, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in line with regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in claims supply chain or supplier governance.
• Strong focus on customer outcomes in a regulated environment.
• Ability to manage multi-supplier performance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with household claims suppliers to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective services.
• Manage supplier performance against service standards, SLAs and KPIs.
• Develop relationships with repair, loss adjusting and restoration partners.
• Create and interpret performance MI to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead supplier improvement plans with clear ownership and deadlines.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and handle escalations.
