Job summary

Shiplake College is seeking a House Pastoral Leader who is organised, empathetic and resourceful, with a passion for the wellbeing of young people. You will supervise pupils and help ensure high standards of pastoral care, supporting physical, social and emotional wellbeing and presentation within your House.

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate with pupils, parents and guardians, and demonstrate tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide care for pupils in the House.
• Assist with smooth day-to-day running of the House.
• Uphold high standards of pastoral care for physical, social and emotional wellbeing and presentation of pupils.
