ALL SAINTS requires a dedicated individual to support pupils and collaborate with the Heads of House to enhance home–school communication and pupil wellbeing.
The role includes liaising with external agencies, arranging and leading meetings, and providing vital administrative support such as attendance monitoring and follow-up on behavioural concerns.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to support the needs of our pupils and work closely with our Heads of House team. This pivotal role involves promoting effective communication between home and school, acting as a key point of contact for parents and carers, liaising with external agencies, and arranging and leading meetings. You will also provide vital administrative support, including monitoring attendance and punctuality, following up on behavioural concerns, and gathering relevant information and documentation. A key aspect of the role is supporting students to overcome barriers to learning, helping them develop positive attitudes and behaviours that enable them to engage successfully in lessons. You will work collaboratively with staff, pupils, and families to develop tailored support strategies, fostering both academic progress and personal development. As this is a highly student-focused role, you will interact directly with pupils on a daily basis and play an important part in their overall wellbeing and success.
