Job summary

Herefordshire & Ludlow College is seeking an Hourly Paid Lecturer in Foundation Studies for the Folly Lane campus in Hereford. The role involves teaching and assessing 16–19-year-old learners on E3 to Level 1 courses, focusing on life and vocational skills.

It also requires embedding personal and social development, communication, and English & Maths where relevant. Experience supporting disadvantaged young people in education, social services or voluntary sector is preferred; FE teaching

Qualifications

• Experience in supporting disadvantaged young people in education, social services, or voluntary sector.
• Teaching experience in Secondary or Further Education is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Teach and assess full-time learners aged 16–19 on E3 to Level 1 courses with a focus on developing life and vocational skills.
