Job summary

Herefordshire, Ludlow & North Shropshire College in Hereford is seeking a Part Time (hourly paid) Lecturer in Electrical Installation to deliver Level 1–3 electrical installation units through practical workshops and theory lessons. The role targets mainly 16–19 year old students and apprentices, with teaching at the Hereford campus.

Hours are negotiable and term-time only. The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (Level 3) with relevant industrial experience; those without teaching

Qualifications

• Fully qualified (minimum Level 3) in Electrical Installation.
• Relevant work/industrial experience in the electrical sector.
• Willingness to train towards teaching qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Electrical Installation skills and units via practical workshops and theory lessons.
• Teach to mainly 16-19 year old students and apprentices at our Hereford campus.
• Hours and days of work are negotiable and term-time only.
