Tempest Jones is partnering with an international property and construction consultancy to appoint a Senior Cost Manager for hotels and hospitality. Manchester is preferred, with hybrid working across the UK and Europe on iconic hotel developments from feasibility to final account.

You will build a distinct hotels and hospitality specialism, influence design and cost decisions, and progress toward Associate level while expanding a key client base.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel or hospitality sector.
• Cost management or quantity surveying background.
• Client-facing with ability to explain financial implications.

Responsabilités

• Lead cost management on hotel/hospitality projects UK/Europe.
• Develop cost plans and procurement strategies across the project lifecycle.
• Advise owners, operators and investors on design and commercial viability.
