As a Senior Surveyor/Associate/Senior Associate/Partner level Hotel Valuer based in London, you will be responsible for undertaking valuations of hotel and leisure assets across the UK on both a trade-related and investment basis. You will be reporting to funds, banking clients, and institutional investors, providing high-quality valuation advice and strategic support.
Working closely with our Partners in London, you will be instrumental in expanding our hotel valuation capabilities. As a team, we have doubled our turnover in the last 5 years and are now taking the next growth steps. You will benefit from Allsop's market-leading reputation and collaborative approach, whilst helping to grow our existing team and develop new client opportunities within the hotel and leisure sectors.
